Who can compete in this event?
Any first responder; Police, Firefighter, EMS, Peace Officer, Correctional Officer, Military. Any immediate family member of a first responder. If you are usure, please contact us and we will help you out to the best of our abilities. This includes first responders from wherever you are from.
Who can come to watch?
This is an open event to the community. Which means anyone can buy tickets. You don’t need to be a First Responder. Come on out and Enjoy the Show!
Can I bring my dog?
Service dogs ONLY are allowed. This is a full event with a lot of people and their families. For the safety of your four legged friend and the attendees, we ask that you leave them at home.
Can I bring my own seating?
Although there is bleachers at this location, there is a lot of space on the hills to take up a spot. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets or whatever makes you comfortable.
Is there Camping?
YES there is Camping!!! We have secured some off-site camping located a short distance away from the Cochrane Lions Rodeo Grounds. The Girl Guide Camp Jubilee located at Range Rd 42, Cochrane, AB is our location for camping this year. We are asking for a $20/per night donation for this option. Tents and Trailers are welcome, but we do not have any services. Please email info@cfrr.ca for more information!! There will be a shuttle running to and from the campground during the Rodeo Dance in the Evening!!
